Joel began his career as an award-winning Loan Officer at Waterfield Financial in 1997 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Courtney Horn

Owner Operator & Senior Loan Officer

Manages the borrower experience, with a high focus on specific borrower needs, ensuring clarity and consistency.

3,000 clients served, Courtney has built a reputation for
understanding borrower needs and delivering consistent, high level service.Her focus is simple: every borrower should feel confident, informed, and fully supported from start to finish.

Courtney specializes in Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, first time homebuyer, and investor financing. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Jeffrey ‘JP’ Hahn

Packaging Manager & Quality Control Specialist

Guides transactions from processing and underwriting through closing.  Manages pre and post closing quality control.
